BESLERI INBOUND PROCCESS

Job Roles & Responsibilities

•  Handle inbound customer calls related to Bisleri products and services.

•  Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.

•  Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

•  Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

•  Accurately update customer interaction records in the CRM system.

•  Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

•  Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.

•  Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).

•  Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass); Graduates preferred.

•  0–4 years of experience in customer service (FMCG or call center experience preferred).

•  Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

•  Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems will be an added advantage.

•  Good problem-solving skills and patience in handling customer queries.

•  Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Working Days & Timings

•  6 days working (Sunday fixed weekly off).

•  Day Shift: Between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9-hour rotational window).
