Job Role

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions. You will work closely with clients and candidates to fulfill hiring requirements and maintain a positive recruitment experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

Conduct initial telephonic and HR interviews to assess candidate suitability

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and platforms

Coordinate with hiring managers and clients regarding open positions and candidate status

Negotiate salary expectations and assist in offer rollouts

Ensure timely closure of assigned positions and achievement of recruitment targets

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Good English communication skills (spoken and written)

Experience in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously

Good coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment software/tools

Preferred Skills

Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment

Understanding of various recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies

Strong candidate assessment and interviewing skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Full-time role

Work Location: Kasarvadavli, Thane, Maharashtra

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

6 Days Working

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
