Job Description
**Front Desk Receptionist – Doctors Clinic**
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and responsible receptionist to manage the clinic’s front desk and daily administrative tasks.
**Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist patients professionally.
* Schedule and manage appointments and phone calls.
* Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality.
* Handle basic billing, registration, emails, and data entry.
* Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth patient flow.
* Use basic computer, printer, scanner, and office equipment.
* Keep the reception area organized and assist with general administrative duties.
**Requirements:**
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
* Good organizational and multitasking skills.
* Pleasant, patient, and professional attitude.
* Previous clinic/hospital reception experience is preferred.
