Job Description for Service Sales Executive (Pest Control background)
Position: Service Sales Executive – Pest Control
Location: Thane, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 2–3 years
Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Industry: Pest Control / FMCG / Facility Management / B2B Services
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads for pest control services through field visits, references and cold calling.
- Visit residential, commercial, industrial and society clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pest-control solutions.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paid service orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Coordinate with the operations/technician team for service execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer information.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Field-sales and lead-generation ability.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Knowledge of pest-control services will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler + valid driving licence preferred
