Job OverviewWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive for our EV scooter rental and sales business.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our electric scooters, generating leads, meeting potential customers, and converting them into EV scooter rentals and sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell/rent electric scooters in the assigned area.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals and direct customer interaction.
• Meet potential customers and explain EV scooter rental and sales plans.
• Convert leads into successful rentals and sales.
• Develop new customer opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Visit local markets, businesses and potential customer locations.
• Explain scooter features, pricing, rental plans and benefits.
• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain regular communication.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/rental targets.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and vehicle delivery.
• Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales is required.
• Experience in EV, automobile, two-wheeler, vehicle rental, mobility or related industries will be preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and meeting customers directly.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Comfortable with extensive field work.

Salary₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
