Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable BLDC Fan & Water Heater Technician to join our technical service team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of BLDC ceiling fans and electric water heaters. This role demands strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

BLDC Fan Technician Duties:

Install, maintain, and repair BLDC (Brushless DC) ceiling fans across residential and commercial sites.

Diagnose electrical or mechanical issues in BLDC fans, including motor, PCB, and remote control systems.

Perform regular maintenance, balancing, and testing to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.

Calibrate and program fan controllers or remotes as required.

Ensure all installations comply with electrical and safety standards.

Water Heater Technician Duties:

Install, service, and repair various types of electric and storage water heaters.

Identify faults in heating elements, thermostats, or safety valves and replace components as needed.

Perform insulation, wiring, and earthing checks to ensure safety compliance.

Conduct routine maintenance and testing for heat retention, pressure, and temperature consistency.

Provide product demonstrations and basic user guidance to customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience in DLDC fan or water heater installation and servicing.

Strong understanding of BLDC motor technology and electrical control circuits.

Knowledge of heating systems, plumbing basics, and safety protocols.

Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Physically fit and comfortable working at heights (for ceiling fans).

Experience with Philips, Crompton, Havells, Usha, or other leading brands preferred.

Basic communication and reporting skills in English or local language.

Work Environment:

Field and workshop-based role.

May require travel to customer locations and project sites.
