Job Summary:

Gurukul Paramedical Institute is looking for a confident, well-presented, and energetic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents regarding Nursing and Paramedical courses. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to convert inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online leads.

• Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain lead records.

• Conduct campus tours and explain institute facilities.

• Assist students throughout the admission process.

• Maintain admission databases and CRM records.

• Coordinate with the marketing team for admission campaigns.

• Achieve monthly admission targets.

• Build strong relationships with students and parents.

• Prepare admission reports and daily follow-up reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

• Strong counselling and interpersonal skills.

• Confident and professional personality.

• Presentable appearance and positive attitude.

• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp, CRM).

• Ability to work under admission targets.

• Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience in Education, Coaching Institute, College, or Admission Counselling preferred.

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
