Customer Support Executive - VKYC Process

Role Summary: The VKYC Team is the face for our customers. You will conduct live VKYC verifications, ensuring a seamless customer experience while strictly adhering to security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

● Process Execution: Conduct Video KYC calls for Branch International customers efficiently and professionally.

● Compliance: Strictly follow all KYC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines (e.g., verifying ID proofs, checking liveliness).

● Performance: Consistently meet set KPIs

● Communication: Guide customers through the video verification process clearly and politely.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Language: Fluent in English and Hindi (Mandatory). Proficiency in a 3rd regional language is a significant bonus.

● Experience: Prior experience in customer service or a voice process is preferred.

● Skills: Good communication skills, comfort with being on camera, and ability to follow strict instructions.

● Education: Cleared 12th Grade (HSC/ISCE/Other
