Customer Support Executive

• 📝 Job DescriptionHandle inbound customer queries related to HSBC credit cards.
• Provide assistance with credit card services, transactions, billing, payments, and other customer-related concerns.
• Resolve customer issues professionally while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Perform partial cross-selling of credit card schemes, offers, upgrades, and other relevant product offerings.
• Ensure effective communication and adherence to process guidelines.
• 🎓 Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO inbound voice customer service is mandatory.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• C1 communication skills required.
• Candidates must be comfortable with customer service and partial cross-selling.
• CIBIL score and past loan repayment history will be checked during screening.
• 🕒 Shift & Weekly OffDay Shift – Rotational
• Any 9-hour shift, including a 1-hour break.
• Tentative shift window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM
• 2 rotational weekly offs.
• 💰 Salary PackageIn-Hand Salary: ₹34,000 per month
• CTC: ₹4.0 LPA
