Process: Customer Service Executive - RA CCU (Retail Asset - Calls, Email)

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve customer queries related to Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Overdraft Products
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
- Cross-sell banking products when applicable
Salary: Upto ₹4.5 LPA CTC (Based on Interview Performance)
Shift Details:
- 24/7 Rotational Shifts
- Females: Day Shift (7 AM - 8 PM)
- 9-Hour Shift
- 8 Scattered Week Offs Per Month
