Process: Customer Service Executive - RA CCU (Retail Asset - Calls, Email)

Job Role:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats
  • Resolve customer queries related to Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, and Overdraft Products
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Cross-sell banking products when applicable

Salary: Upto ₹4.5 LPA CTC (Based on Interview Performance)

Shift Details:

  • 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • Females: Day Shift (7 AM - 8 PM)
  • 9-Hour Shift
  • 8 Scattered Week Offs Per Month
