Role: Customer Service Executive – CCU RL (Mutual Fund) / Outbound

About the Role:
Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Outbound Customer Service Executive – CCU RL (Mutual Fund). The role involves handling inbound customer calls along with email and chat support, specifically for retail liability products related to Mutual Funds, ensuring high-quality service and prompt resolution of customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Outbound customer calls related to Mutual Fund products professionally and efficiently
Respond to customer queries via email and chat channels
Provide accurate information on Mutual Fund schemes, transactions, NAVs, SIPs, redemptions, and account-related queries
Resolve customer concerns within defined TAT (Turnaround Time)
Maintain proper documentation of all customer interactions in the system
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Cross-sell relevant banking and investment products where applicable
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduation Mandatory (Any Stream)
Experience:
Experienced candidates preferred (salary based on interview performance)
Age Limit: 20 – 30 years
Gender: Male / Female
Communication: Excellent English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Gap Criteria: No employment/education gap exceeding 6 months
Salary Details:
Experienced: Up to ₹4.50 LPA (CTC) – Based on interview performance
Working Days & Timings
Flexible to work in rotational day shifts (between 7 AM to 8 PM)
Weekly Offs: 8 scattered week-offs per month
Shift Duration: 9 hours (including breaks)
Open to working on Sundays and holidays
