Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide professional support regarding Shaadi.com services and membership plans.
- Assist customers with account-related issues, service requests and complaint resolution.
- Maintain customer records, update CRM details and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver excellent customer service, maintain customer satisfaction and follow company quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12th Pass (HSC).
- Minimum 1 year of recent customer service experience is mandatory.
- Good Marathi communication skills with strong customer-handling abilities.
- 21–37 years, with willingness to work rotational shifts.
