Job Description :

The company is hiring a confident and presentable Customer Relationship Manager to manage showroom customers, handle enquiries and generate sales for premium space-saving furniture, wall beds, sofa beds and smart furniture solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend walk-in customers at the showroom.
• Explain and demonstrate furniture products and their features.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
• Handle leads received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp and website.
• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers.
• Schedule customer appointments and showroom visits.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed sales orders.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records in CRM.
• Build good customer relationships and generate referrals.
• Achieve monthly sales and lead-conversion targets.

Required Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales, furniture sales, interiors or customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp Business knowledge.
• Strong customer-handling and sales-closing skills.
• Smart, confident and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to independently manage showroom operations.
• Graduate preferred.

Preferred Industry Experience: Furniture, Modular Kitchen, Home Interiors, Real Estate, Home Decor or Premium Retail.
