Job Role: Customer Care Executive – Voice Process (Kotak Banking)

Job Description:

  • Hiring for a banking voice process.
  • Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support related to banking services.

Eligibility:

  • HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
  • Good communication skills required

Salary (Take Home):

  • HSC Fresher – ₹15,750
  • Graduate Fresher – ₹16,750
  • HSC Experience – ₹17,000
  • Graduate Experience – ₹18,000

Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Week Off: Rotational Shift

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills
