Job Role: Customer Care Executive – Voice Process (Kotak Banking)
Job Description:
- Hiring for a banking voice process.
- Candidates will handle customer calls, resolve queries, and provide support related to banking services.
Eligibility:
- HSC/Graduate (Freshers & Experienced)
- Good communication skills required
Salary (Take Home):
- HSC Fresher – ₹15,750
- Graduate Fresher – ₹16,750
- HSC Experience – ₹17,000
- Graduate Experience – ₹18,000
Shift: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Week Off: Rotational Shift
