Location: Thane – Kasarvadavali

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a voice-based BPO process supporting Yes Bank. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner

Resolve customer queries related to banking services

Provide accurate information and ensure proper call documentation

Maintain quality and productivity standards

Deliver excellent customer service and build positive customer relationships

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 per month

Maximum CTC: ₹25,500 per month

Pick-up and drop facility from Thane station to office
