Counter Salesperson

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic and responsible Retail Sales Executive to join our team in Thane.

No prior knowledge of our specific product range is required. We provide proper training and guidance to new team members, so you can learn the products, understand the sales process and become confident in handling customers.

• What you will do:Assist customers and understand their requirements
• Help customers choose the right products
• Handle counter sales and billing
• Attend phone and WhatsApp enquiries
• Maintain stock and keep the store organised
• Build good relationships with customers
• Assist with day-to-day store operations

• What we're looking for:
• Minimum HSC qualification
• 1+ year experience in sales/retail preferred
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Honest, punctual and responsible
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
