Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Reviewer. This role combines Presales, Business Development, and Client Feedback Management. The candidate will generate leads through outbound calls, connect with business owners, schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and collect feedback on the services our business coaches deliver.

Key Responsibilities

Client Feedback & Review – 30%

- Contact clients after coaching or consulting sessions to collect feedback on the services delivered by the business coach.

- Evaluate client satisfaction with the quality, relevance, and effectiveness of coaching sessions.

- Document client feedback, suggestions, and concerns accurately.

- Identify areas for improvement and communicate feedback to the concerned team.

- Follow up on unresolved concerns to ensure appropriate action is taken.

- Maintain client feedback records and prepare periodic review reports.

Presales – 40%

- Make outbound calls to business owners and potential clients to introduce SkaleUp's services.

- Explain the company's business coaching, training, and consulting solutions.

- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.

- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.

- Maintain follow-up records and update lead status in the database or CRM.

- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.

Business Development Executive (BDE) – 30%

- Meet business owners and prospective clients to understand their business challenges and requirements.

- Conduct preliminary business assessments to identify areas requiring improvement.

- Recommend suitable business coaching, training, and consulting services offered by SkaleUp.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

- Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and present suitable solutions.

- Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward and support business growth.
