Cafe Chef

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Cafe Chef to manage the kitchen operations and prepare high-quality food items. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of cafe-style cuisine, food presentation, hygiene standards, and kitchen management.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook a variety of cafe menu items including sandwiches, burgers, pasta, pizzas, salads, snacks, and breakfast items.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion size, and presentation of all dishes.
• Plan daily food preparation and ensure timely service during busy hours.
• Develop new dishes and contribute ideas for menu improvement.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the management for kitchen supplies.
• Maintain proper food storage and minimize food wastage.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Supervise and guide kitchen helpers and other staff.
• Maintain proper portion control and food cost standards.
• Handle customer-specific food requirements and special orders when required.

• Qualification & Experience
• Culinary/Hospitality qualification preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Cafe Chef, Commis Chef, or similar kitchen role.
• Experience in cafes, restaurants, QSRs, or hospitality establishments preferred.
