Branch Sales Executive

Job description

• Role: Associate Outbound Voice with Cross selling, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.

Note: This position is on-roll of HGS for a year. NO CONTRACTUAL

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Address inbound queries and provide accurate information about Banks services.
• Promote and sell banking products, primarily credit card services, insurance.
• Follow a consultative, customer-first sales approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare regular sales reports.
• Share market feedback with the product and marketing teams.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Graduation (any stream) is mandatory.
• Age: 18 to 33 years
• Good communication skills in English.
• Fresher and candidates with BPO/Tele-sales/Customer Service experience (minimum 6 months) are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
• Fresher: 18,000/month fixed
• Experienced: 26,000/month
• Insurance exp: Budget 35,000/month(Thane)

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Shift Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: alternate Saturdays and Sunday
