BPO Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound sales calls to Canadian/other international business prospects following the provided scripts and campaign guidelines.

2. Qualify leads, identify decision‑makers, uncover customer pain points, and present tailored broadband solutions.

3. Handle objections professionally, secure appointments or approvals, and close sales or schedule follow‑ups.

6. Accurately record call activity, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM.

5. Coordinate with installation, billing, and technical teams to ensure smooth handovers.

6. Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales and activity targets while maintaining high quality and compliance standards.

Who We’re Looking For

1. Strong verbal English communication skills and clear phone manners.

2. Comfortable working night shift hours (7:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

3. Sales‑oriented mindset with good objection‑handling and closing skills.

4. Minimum qualification: HSC (12th pass) or equivalent.

5. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome; experienced B2B outbound sales/telemarketing candidates are preferred.

6. Comfortable following scripts and adapting language for professional, polite Canadian phone manners.

7. Basic computer literacy and experience using CRM systems are assets
