Vodafone is hiring for its Social Media Process (80% Chat | 20% Calls). Handle customer queries via chat and voice while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Eligibility:

  • Graduate (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience in Chat / Email / Inbound Calling
  • Versant 4 (V4) Communication Skills

Salary: ₹18,500 In-Hand | ₹23,000 Gross

Shift:

  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM
  • Rotational Shifts

Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
