Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities


Call existing and potential Channel Partners (CPs) to introduce our company and explain complete details of our real estate projects.


Share project information, including location, property types, pricing, amenities, offers, and other important details.


Follow up with CPs regularly to maintain relationships and encourage them to promote our projects to potential customers.


Inform CPs about new project launches, inventory updates, and promotional offers.


Generate leads through CP calling and coordinate with the sales team for customer enquiries and site visits.


Maintain a database of CPs and update daily calling, follow-up, and lead-generation MIS.


Identify new Channel Partners and assist the Sourcing Manager in expanding the CP network.


Track CP responses, weekend walk-ins, and business opportunities generated through CPs.


Support the Sourcing Manager in CP meetings, project promotions, and other sourcing activities.


Required Skills


Good communication and telephone-handling skills.


Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi.


Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MIS reporting.


Good follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
