Agency Development Manager

Job Purpose:

To drive business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors/agents who will promote and sell life insurance products. The role requires strong leadership, networking, and people management skills to build a high-performing advisor base. Job Purpose:

*Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.

* Generate business through leads, references, and customer networking.

* Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
