Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain complete books of accounts in Tally
  • Daily accounting entries for purchase, sales, expenses, bank, and journal vouchers
  • Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
  • Vendor and customer account reconciliation
  • Billing & E-InvoicingPrepare sales invoices and purchase entries
  • Generate E-Invoices and E-Way Bills
  • Coordinate with dispatch and billing team
  • Maintain billing accuracy and timely invoicing
  • GST & TaxationPrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, etc.)
  • Match purchase data with GSTR-2B
  • Handle GST working and compliance
  • Coordinate with CA for tax-related matters
  • TDS & Statutory ComplianceTDS calculation, deduction, and return filing
  • Maintain statutory records and compliance schedules
  • Support in Income Tax, Audit, and other compliance work
  • MIS & ReportingPrepare reports in Excel
  • Maintain sales, purchase, outstanding, and stock reports
  • Assist management with financial data and reporting
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Good command over Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, E-Invoicing & E-Way Bill
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Preferred Candidate ProfileExperience: 2–6 years
  • Experience in trading / steel / manufacturing industry preferred
  • Able to work independently and handle complete accounts process
  • Honest, responsible, and systematic working style
