Restaurant Captain

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the service team during operations.

Ensure excellent guest service and proper sequence of service.

Take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and ensure timely food service.

Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.

Support staff training and monitor team performance.

Coordinate with the Floor Supervisor and management for smooth operations.
