We are looking for a confident and professional Business Development Executive to connect with restaurant owners, understand their business needs, schedule meetings, and generate qualified leads for our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities

1)Contact restaurant owners in Tier 1 countries through phone calls.

2)Introduce our restaurant growth solutions professionally.

3)Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.

4)Understand the restaurant's current online presence and business challenges.

5)Schedule meetings with interested restaurant owners.

6)Maintain CRM records of all conversations.

7)Follow up with prospective clients.

8)Achieve monthly lead generation and meeting targets.

9)Coordinate with the sales and consulting team.

Required Skills

1-Excellent spoken English with a neutral or international accent.

2-Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3-Confidence speaking with business owners.

4-Experience in international B2B sales or telecalling.

5-Basic understanding of websites, digital marketing, or SEO (training will be provided).

6-Ability to handle objections professionally.

7-Good computer skills and CRM familiarity.

Preferred Qualifications

*)1 years of experience in International Sales, Business Development, or B2B Telecalling.

*)Experience dealing with clients in the USA, UK, Canada, or Australia is preferred.

*)Graduate in any discipline.

*)Experience with LinkedIn, email outreach, or appointment setting is an advantage.

*)80–120 outbound calls per day.

*20–30 qualified conversations per day.

*)5–8 appointments scheduled per week.
