Sales Manager – Job Description


Position: Sales Manager


Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve company sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.


  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.


  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.


  • Monitor team performance and provide guidance and support.


  • Prepare sales reports and analyse market trends.


  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Conduct field visits and client meetings when required.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.


  • 3+ years of sales experience with team handling experience.


  • Strong communication and leadership skills.


  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.


  • Valid driving license preferred.



Salary: As per company standards + Performance Incentives
