Job Description: Field Sourcing Executive
● Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers with high energy are welcome.)

Role Summary:
This role sits at the frontline of Bharat Intelligence’s field operations and labour sourcing. The
The sourcing executive owns end-to-end labour supply for an assigned block: mapping local labour
pools, onboarding and managing Mukkadams/contractors, converting farm labour requirements
into confirmed deployments, and ensuring high repeat fulfillment through excellent on-ground
execution. This is a fully field-facing role that demands daily travel across villages, practical
judgement, strong stakeholder management, and ownership of operational and commercial
outcomes within a defined geography.
What You Will Own:
● Cluster strategy & mapping: Create a detailed map of villages, labour pools, and
contractor networks in your assigned territory.
● Partner acquisition & onboarding: Identify, pitch, and quickly onboard
Mukkadams/Contractors (labour team leads) to the platform.
● Demand-supply coordination: Match farm work requirements with available teams to
meet SLAs and minimise downtime.
● Deployment & logistics management: Plan and execute field deployments; ensure teams
Reach the right farm on time and with required skills.
● Commercial negotiation: Negotiate rates, payment terms, and incentives to secure
competitive and fair pricing.
● Field stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with farmers, contractor leads,
and local influencers resolve on-ground issues in real time.
● Reporting & insights: Track operational metrics (fulfillment rate, time-to-deploy, cost per
deployment); provide actionable insights to the regional ops team.

end.
