Wholesale Salesman

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally

Explain DK Textile product varieties and offers to customers

Generate sales through tele-calling and follow-ups

Maintain good relationships with wholesale and retail customers

Share product catalogs, price lists, and order details with clients

Take customer orders and coordinate with dispatch team

Maintain customer database and daily sales records

Convince customers for bulk orders and repeat purchases

Requirements:

Female candidate preferred

Good communication skills in Hindi

Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and calling

Friendly and confident speaking skills

Experience in tele sales/customer handling preferred

Basic understanding of textile or garment business is a plus
