• Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Creation: Design eye-catching static graphics, carousel posts, ad creatives, infographics, brochures, and brand identity elements (logos, typography layouts) for digital and print media.
• Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit raw footage for promotional videos, client case studies, thought-leadership reels, YouTube videos, and social media shorts (Instagram Reels/TikTok).
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Add dynamic text overlays, transitions, kinetic typography, and basic motion graphics to enhance video engagement.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and maintain a professional, high-end aesthetic across client projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and marketing teams to conceptualize campaign themes and storyboard video/graphic concepts.
• Asset Management: Maintain a well-organized library of raw footage, design templates, brand kits, and finished deliverables.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with emerging design trends, social media video formats, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance.
• Candidate Requirements Experience: 1 years of proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor, preferably within an agency, creative studio, or growth consultancy.

• Expert command over Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Familiarity with modern editing apps/tools (CapCut, Canva, etc.) for quick turnarounds is a plus.
• Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing both high-impact graphic design work and polished video editing/motion graphics projects.
• Skills: Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design, and layout typography.
• Soft Skills: Ability to handle constructive feedback, manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines, and communicate ideas clearly.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Film/Media Production, or a related field (relevant professional certifications and raw talent matter just as much).
