US Customer Support & Sales Executive

Vermae Jewels is an online jewellery brand serving customers in the USA. We specialize in fine jewellery, lab-grown diamond jewellery, engagement rings, and customized jewellery designs.

We are looking for a confident and professional Customer Support & Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in English and handle our US customers through phone calls, website enquiries, emails, and live chat.

Job ResponsibilitiesHandle

• incoming and outgoing customer calls from the USA.
• Respond to enquiries received through our website.
• Communicate with customers through phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, customization, and order status.
• Handle customer questions regarding diamonds, metals, ring sizes, and jewellery designs.
• Follow up on abandoned carts and pending enquiries.
• Maintain customer records and update leads in the CRM.
• Provide professional after-sales support.

Required Skills

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Confidence in handling international customers over the phone.
• Good sales and customer relationship management skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and email handling.
• Experience with Shopify, CRM, or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Jewellery industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• EligibilityFreshers with excellent English communication skills can apply.
• Candidates with international BPO, US voice process, telesales, or customer support experience are preferred.
• Must be comfortable working night shifts.
