Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Travel Consultant to assist customers with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of travel destinations, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.

  • Key Responsibilities : Assist customers with domestic and international travel bookings.
  • Handle flight, hotel, bus, and holiday package reservations.
  • Plan and customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
  • Provide information on travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve travel-related issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners for bookings and confirmations.
  • Maintain booking records and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and promote travel packages.
