Telesales Executive

Lohiya Enterprises is looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves calling potential customers from the leads provided by the company, understanding their requirements, and accurately updating customer information in the system.

Key Responsibilities

Call customers from company-provided leads.

Understand customer requirements and answer basic queries.

Record and update customer details using a computer.

Maintain accurate call records and follow up with customers when required.

Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth handling of customer inquiries.
