Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers and business clients.
  • Explain products, offers, pricing and services.
  • Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
  • Follow up with existing and potential customers.
  • Maintain basic customer and call records.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in Hindi & Gujarati; basic English preferred.
  • Confident, polite and convincing personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Sales/Telecalling experience will be an advantage.
