The Telecaller will be responsible for making and receiving calls, communicating with customers/clients, understanding their requirements, explaining company products or services, generating leads, and conducting regular follow-ups. The role also includes maintaining proper records of calls and customer details, coordinating with the sales team for interested leads, achieving daily calling targets, handling customer queries professionally, and preparing regular calling reports for the senior/team leader.
