Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller – CRM & Patient Feedback Executive to strengthen patient relationships and enhance overall patient satisfaction. The role involves contacting patients after their treatment, collecting feedback, resolving concerns, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Feedback ManagementCall patients after treatment or consultation to collect feedback.
• Understand patient satisfaction levels and document responses.
• Identify and escalate patient complaints or concerns to the concerned department.
• Ensure timely follow-up on unresolved patient issues.
• CRM ActivitiesMaintain accurate patient records in the CRM system.
• Update patient interactions, feedback, and follow-up details.
• Track patient engagement and retention activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Follow-up & Relationship BuildingConduct follow-up calls for treatment progress and patient satisfaction.
• Remind patients about upcoming appointments, reviews, and follow-ups.
• Reconnect with inactive patients and encourage clinic visits.
• Build long-term relationships with patients through professional communication.
• Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily call reports and feedback summaries.
• Maintain records of complaints, suggestions, and resolutions.
• Submit weekly and monthly CRM performance reports.
