Job Description – Telemarketing (Funding Millions)

Handle outbound and inbound calls to clients regarding loan and financial services.

Explain company products and funding solutions to customers.

Generate and follow up on leads provided by the company.

Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.

Build good relationships with customers and resolve basic queries.

Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for smooth processing.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Candidates should have good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and telecalling experience will be preferred.
