Job Title: Telecaller / Customer Care Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Description: We are hiring a female Telecaller/Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries generated from our social media platforms (Facebook/Instagram).

Responsibilities:

• Call potential customers who have shown interest in our products/services online.
• Explain product details and answer customer queries professionally.
• Maintain a list of calls and follow up with interested clients.
• Update daily reports.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female Candidates Preferred.
• Skills: Good communication skills (Hindi & [Local Language]). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and calling.
• Experience: Freshers or Experienced both can apply.

Job Details:

• Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month (Based on interview/experience).
• Shift Time: 8:45 AM to 7:30 PM.
• Lunch Break: 1 Hour.
