Job Description
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of service engineers and technicians.
- Allocate service calls and assign work to team members.
- Track and monitor service requests to ensure timely completion.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Ensure all service tickets are updated and closed within the defined timeline.
- Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct team meetings and provide guidance and support to service staff.
- Coordinate with installation and sales teams when required.
- Ensure proper documentation of service activities and customer interactions
