Team Leader

The Counter Team Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the retail counter, ensuring seamless customer service, optimizing stock availability, and driving the team to achieve sales targets. This role blends team management, customer experience enhancement, and operational discipline.

• ​Key Responsibilities​
• Team Supervision & Motivation: Oversee counter staff, manage daily rosters, brief the team on daily targets, and ensure everyone adheres to the grooming and behavioral guidelines.

• ​Customer Experience Management: Ensure a high standard of customer service. Step in to handle complex customer queries, product explanations, or complaints with an focus on building long-term relationships rather than just transaction-based selling.

• ​Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Monitor counter stock levels daily, coordinate reorders, ensure tester products are well-maintained, and verify that visual merchandising complies with brand standards.

• ​Reporting & Feedback: Prepare daily and weekly sales and stock reports for management, highlighting fast-moving items, customer feedback, and team performance.
