Team Leader - Telecalling
Reflect Trackers is hiring an experienced and result-driven Team Leader to lead our Telecalling Team and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the Telecalling Team.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are achieved.
- Monitor team performance and call quality.
- Train and guide new telecallers.
- Motivate the team to improve productivity.
- Track follow-ups and daily reports.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
- Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Sales Team Handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month
- Performance Incentive: Up to ₹5,000 per month
