Job Description
मुख्य जिम्मेदारी (Job Summary):
पैटर्न और डिजाइन के विनिर्देशों (specifications) के अनुसार कपड़े की परतों को सटीकता से काटना और बर्बादी (wastage) को कम करना।
प्रमुख कार्य (Key Tasks):
- डिजाइन के अनुसार कपड़े पर सटीक मार्किंग और लेआउट तैयार करना।
- हाथ से चलने वाली या CNC कटिंग मशीनों का उपयोग करके कपड़े काटना।
- काटने से पहले कपड़े की गुणवत्ता और परतों (layering) की जांच करना।
- कटे हुए हिस्सों को बंडल बनाना और अगले विभाग (सिलाई) के लिए तैयार करना।
आवश्यक योग्यता (Qualifications):
- कटिंग मशीनों (Straight/Band knife) को चलाने का अनुभव।
- मेजरिंग टेप और पैटर्न की गहरी समझ।
- बारीकियों पर ध्यान देने की क्षमता (Attention to detail)।
