Job Description
Sourcing & Costing Executive
Responsibilities:
Maintain and update fabric data — type, GSM, composition, width, and vendor details
Prepare and manage cost sheets for styles across categories (kurtas, co-ord sets, suit sets, dresses)
Coordinate with fabric and trim vendors for samples, price negotiation, approvals, and delivery
Track fabric availability and lead times to support seasonal range planning
Evaluate new fabric swatches and assist in identifying cost-effective sourcing options
Liaise between design and production teams to ensure correct material specs
Follow up on pending vendor orders and maintain updated vendor master data
