• Experience: 6 months to 2 years (Perfect for an ambitious mid-fresher with a solid portfolio)
• Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

We are transitioning our marketing into a full-fledged online lead-generation engine. You will be driving this change:

• Content & Presentation: Brainstorm, script, and create high-quality video/image content for multiple internal brands. You should be confident stepping in front of the camera to present our products professionally.
• Paid Meta Ads: Set up, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with a sharp focus on generating quality business leads.
• Multi-Brand Management: Maintain a consistent, professional, and engaging voice across all our social media handles (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Growth Strategy: Work directly with the founders to plan campaigns, track what's converting, and continuously test new ideas.

• The Proactive Doer: A Surat-local candidate who is high-energy, serious about their career, and comfortable working with high autonomy.
• The Executionist: You understand how the Meta Ads Manager dashboard works and can quickly edit professional videos using mobile tools (like VN, CapCut, or Canva).
