Server/Waiter

Key Responsibilities: 

• Welcome guests warmly, take their orders, and serve meals efficiently to ensure a pleasant dining experience. 
• Exhibit a thorough understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings, assisting guests in making informed decisions. 
• Record orders accurately, ensuring that any dietary restrictions or special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. 
• Efficiently set up and clear tables, maintaining a tidy and organized dining area for guests.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar personnel to coordinate order timing and ensure smooth service delivery. 
• Offer recommendations for additional menu items, beverages, or desserts to enhance guests' dining experience and potentially boost sales (if necessary). 
• Process customer payments accurately, handle transactions, and provide timely receipts.
• Adhere to restaurant policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to uphold a safe and sanitary dining environment.
