Key Responsibilities

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)Perform On-Page and Off-Page SEO activities.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Improve website rankings on Google search results.
• Optimize website content, blogs, landing pages, and service pages.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Generate monthly SEO performance reports.
• Google Ads ManagementPlan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Perform keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.
• Track conversions and campaign performance.
• Monitor ad budgets and ensure effective utilization.
• Lead Generation & Performance MarketingGenerate qualified patient leads through digital channels.
• Create and optimize landing pages for campaigns.
• Improve conversion rates and appointment bookings.
• Track lead sources and campaign ROI.
• Coordinate with the reception and marketing team for lead follow-up analysis.
• Analytics & ReportingPrepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance.
• Suggest improvements based on data and market trends.
• Required SkillsMust HaveStrong knowledge of SEO (On-Page & Off-Page).
• Experience in Google Ads management.
