Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and result-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, digital marketing strategies, and the latest industry trends. You will be responsible for improving website visibility, driving organic traffic, and supporting overall digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-page SEO activities such as meta tags optimization, keyword placement, internal linking, and content optimization
Execute off-page SEO strategies including backlink building, directory submissions, and outreach campaigns
Handle technical SEO tasks like website audits, page speed optimization, indexing issues, and sitemap management
Develop and implement backlink strategies to improve domain authority
Stay updated and work with modern concepts like AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Create and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, articles, website content)
Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Keep up with latest SEO trends, Google updates, and digital marketing practices
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams for campaign execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–3 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
Hands-on experience with backlinking strategies
Basic understanding of AEO and GEO techniques
Good command of English (written and verbal)
Ability to write or guide SEO-optimized content
Familiarity with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Search Console
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
Understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
