Job Description
Manage accounting entries for AC Sales, Service, AMC, Installation, and related business activities.
Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, journal, and expense entries in Tally Prime/ERP.
Prepare and maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation on a regular basis.
Maintain records related to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor payable balances.
Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Prepare monthly MIS reports and other financial reports for management.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required accounting documents and records.
Assist in payroll and salary-related accounting activities.
Monitor cash and bank transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Review the work of Junior Accountants and provide necessary guidance.
Ensure accuracy, timely completion, and proper documentation of all accounting activities.
