Job Description
- Meet measurable “Key Result Area” assigned by HOD for achieving organization's objectives.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Visit and set up meeting potential customers for new business and understand their requirements and needs
- Develop strategic plans for Maintaining relationships with existing customers either in person or via telephone calls and emails
- Conduct market research through SWOT Analysis for identifying possibilities and evaluating customer needs
- Enhance company’s value proposition by delivering appropriate presentations on CFL products/services
- Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Attend team meetings and share best practices with colleagues.
- Other duties as and when assigned.
