Job Description

About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Manager who understands e-commerce, shipping and logistics and can help MozoPost grow its seller network.

  • ResponsibilitiesFind and onboard new e-commerce sellers and D2C brands.
  • Generate leads and convert them into active sellers.
  • Explain MozoPost shipping services and benefits.
  • Build good relationships with sellers.
  • Help sellers increase their shipping volume.
  • Coordinate with the operations team for seller requirements.
  • Handle basic shipping-related queries such as courier rates, pickup, NDR and RTO.
  • Achieve monthly sales and shipment targets.
  • Skills We NeedExperience in e-commerce sales / shipping / logistics preferred.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of courier and shipping services.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce sellers and their shipping needs.
  • Ability to generate leads and close sales.
  • Existing contacts with e-commerce sellers will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
